President Begaj visits the Rugova family: Every Albanian should come here, as for all of us, Ibrahim Rugova is and will remain President
During his stay in Kosova, the President of the Republic, H.E. Bajram Begaj, made a visit to the family of the late President of Kosova, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova.
He was received by the President Rugova’s family members, his wife Fana, his daughter Teuta, and his son Ukë Rugova, with whom he had a brotherly conversation about families, developments in Pristina and Tirana, and the future of the Albanians.
President Begaj recalled the emblematic figure of Dr. Rugova and expressed that his lessons, wisdom, prudence, and vision of the man of humane resistance should be honored and followed by Albanians at all times.
“Every Albanian should come here, as for all of us, Rugova will remain President,” stated the Head of State, who valued Dr. Rugova as a visionary leader, a guide, and an inspirational example for all Albanians.
“The Albanian nation would not be where it is without the extraordinary contribution of Ibrahim Rugova. The long-held dream of all Albanians was realized,” appreciated the President of the Republic during his meeting with the Rugova family.
