President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Bajram Begaj, has sent a congratulatory telegram on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Day of the Proclamation of the Republic of Türkiye, to the President of the Republic of Türkiye, His Excellency Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“The 100th anniversary of the Day of the Proclamation of the Republic of Türkiye gives me the special pleasure to extend, on behalf of the Albanian people and myself, the warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to you personally and through you, to the friendly Turkish people.
On this distinguished day for your country, I am delighted to note that the relations of strategic partnership between our two countries have entered a new, highly dynamic phase, not only in the dimension of political dialogue but also in every field of bilateral cooperation.
It is not a coincidence that the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye coincides with the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our two countries. This is seen as a meaningful sign of our mutual commitment from the very beginning, and I am fully confident in their brilliant future.
The Republic of Albania and the Albanian people highly appreciate your personal contribution and that of the Republic of Türkiye for the ongoing support in all areas of cooperation, and we express our belief in the further continuation of this commitment, as a testament to the strengthening of friendship between our two countries and peoples.
