President Begaj was received by the KFOR Commander, Major General Ferenc Kajári
The President of the Republic, H. E. Bajram Begaj was received by the KFOR Commander, Major General Ferenc Kajári.
The KFOR Commander informed President Begaj about the security situation in Kosova, especially in the country’s north, while praising the professionalism of the Albanian Armed Forces, whose effectives are serving in the framework of KFOR mission.
President Bajram Begaj appreciated the irreplaceable role of NATO and KFOR as well in preserving the stability and security in Kosova, also around the entire region.
The President of the Republic made a stop also in Peja, where he met with the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania, part of the KFOR peacekeeping mission
While praising the contribution of every Armed Forces serviceman, President Begaj demanded from them to be attentive and careful in fulfilling their mission.
“Kosova’s constitution order must not be threatened!” – stated President Begaj during the meeting with the Albanian Armed Forces servicemen.
