Constitutional Court Judge, Mrs. Marjana Semini, takes Oath of Office before the President of the Republic of Albania
The Oath of Office Ceremony for the new Constitutional Court Judge, Mrs. Marjana Semini, took place in the premises of the Institution of the President of the Republic, before the President of the Republic of Albania, H.E. Mr. Bajram Begaj.
Following the performance of the National Anthem and the reading of the respective Decision of Appointment to the Constitutional Court, Judge Marjana Semini, placing her hand on the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, took the following oath before the President of the Republic: “I do solemnly affirm to perform all my duties, in full allegiance to the Constitution of the Republic of Albania”.
President Begaj congratulated Mrs. Marjana Semini, wishing her every success in the new position as Constitutional Court Member.
The Oath of Office Ceremony was attended by the current Constitutional Court Chair, Mrs. Vitore Tusha, the Parliamentary Law Committee Chair, Mrs. Klotilda Ferhati Bushka, representatives from the EU Delegation & OPDAT, as well as members of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic.
