The President of the Republic of Albania, H.E. Mr. Bajram Begaj conferred the “Great Master” award to the well-known artist Sokol Marsi
The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Bajram Begaj Begaj conferred the “Great Master” award to the well-known artist Sokol Marsi, with the following motivation: “In recognition of his artistic contribution and precious values as a composer, music producer and lyricist of numerous folk, light music and children songs. In appreciation of his dedication as an artist and one of the most prominent authors of the art scene, both at home and abroad”.
During his speech, President Begaj said that: “It is always a special pleasure, when we gather to honour Albanians who, through their work, serve the arts and cultural scene of the country, and promote Albania throughout the world! Sokol Marsi is one of them!”
