The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Bajram Begaj in Delvina: The citizen voices need to be heard
The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Bajram Begaj held a series of meetings today in Delvina, where he met with representatives of local government, business, etc. During the meeting with the Mayor of Delvina, Ms. Majlinda Qilimi, President Begaj focused on the challenges and problems faced by the city of Delvina.
‘Delvina is a city with values in the history of Albania, with values in the Albanian culture and my visit today is a sign of the importance of this city and this municipality. We discussed with the Mayor about the issues of concern for the community of Delvina and its municipality. It is important that each of us who exercises public duties should listen to the citizen, take care of the concerns they have and influence the well-being of the citizen’s life’, stated President Begaj.
The President also visited the Delvina’s Museum of History and Ethnography. ‘It is a museum created with the contribution of all the citizens of Delvina. I would like to thank each and everyone of them, for their contribution and volunteering in the promotion of the historical values of the city of Delvina’, stated the President during his statement.
