The President of the Republic, H. E. Bajram Begaj received and held a courtesy meeting with the UN Resident Coordinator in Albania, Ms. Fiona McCluney, who wished the President of the Republic success in his new post.
During the meeting it was discussed the very good cooperation between Albania and the UN, where President Begaj appreciated the role and contribution of the UN agencies in supporting the agenda for a sustainable development of Albania.
It was also discussed the contribution that Albania is making as a non-permanent member of the Security Council, for the period 2022-2023.
