President Begaj’s message on the public agreement between Kosovo and Serbia
I hail the achievement in Ohrid of North Macedonia on the public agreement between Kosovo and Serbia and the commitment to implement the basic agreement and the relevant annex.
This agreement is also a guarantee of peace, stability and future of the region in the European Union.
I am confident that the guarantors of this agreement will make it binding and enforceable by the parties.
I thank the European Union for its mediation and the United States of America for its strong support.
