The President of the Republic, H.E. Bajram Begaj, based on Article 129 of the Constitution, and Article 8 of the Law No. 8577/2000, “On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania”, amended, decided:

Mrs. Holta Zaçaj, Elected Member of the Constitutional Court, by Decision No. 2, of 16.01.2023, adopted by the Supreme Court Special Meeting of Judges, be summoned to take the Oath of Office before the President of the Republic of Albania, on Wednesday, 25.01.2023, at 11.30 hrs.

The Oath of Office Ceremony will take place in the premises of the Institution of the President of the Republic, “Skënderbej” hall, at the following address: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, No. 1, Tirana.
