It is with great pleasure that on the joyful occasion of your 95th birthday, I join your family, friends, and many admirers in extending my heartfelt wishes for your continued good health, longevity, and active life.
Throughout the historical journey of the Albanian state, you, esteemed President Moisiu, have made numerous and valuable contributions, for which the Albanian people hold you in high esteem.
In your adolescence, you joined the ranks of the National Liberation Army of Albania, later taking on significant responsibilities and high-profile roles, culminating in your tenure as the President of the country.
At every step you have taken, you have excelled!
You served with responsibility during your tenure as the Head of State, particularly during challenging times, but also with wisdom, balance, and a unifying spirit in consolidating democracy, the rule of law, the principle of fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as strengthening Albania’s international image.
On this quite special jubilee, which you have reached with great dedication, tireless work, and exemplary patriotism, becoming an inspiring model for Albanian state and political authorities, it is a pleasure for me to extend to you my most heartfelt congratulations.”
