The President of the Republic of Albania, His Excellency Mr. Bajram Begaj, hosted a special ceremony for the champions of Albanian football.
The players of the Egnatia team, holding the Superiore Category trophy and the Republic Cup, were the esteemed guests of the Head of State today.
The President conveyed his congratulations on this historic achievement by the team from the city of Rrogozhina, which has been enshrined in the golden book of Albanian champions.
The President deemed their victory well-deserved and expressed that this achievement will be long remembered by Albanians, as it demonstrated a triumph achieved through serious investment, sacrifices, and the team’s collective spirit.
The Head of State also extended special thanks to President Agim Demrozi and encouraged the team to continue with the same commitment to Albanian football.
In gratitude for the warm reception, the champion team gifted President Begaj an Egnatia jersey with personal dedications. Meanwhile, the team’s captain offered President Begaj the position of special guest to attend matches both at home and abroad.
