President Begaj extends holiday greetings to the Albanian Armed Forces members in Novo Selo, Bulgaria
The President of the Republic of Albania, H.E. Mr. Bajram Begaj, continuing his visit in Bulgaria, met today with members of the Armed Forces serving in NATO’s Battlegroup stationed in Novo Selo, as part of the “Enhanced Vigilance Activity” measures.
The Head of State commended the soldiers, officers, and non-commissioned officers part of this unit for their valuable service to the country.
President Begaj also expressed his gratitude to those who find themselves on duty during the year-end holidays.
“You are away from your families and loved ones during these festivities, but steadfast in your duty and in service of a noble mission to maintain peace, security, freedom, and prosperity.
President Begaj appreciated the service of Albanian military personnel in NATO missions, emphasizing that through their sacrifice, dedication, responsibility, and discipline, they have elevated Albania’s reputation as a worthy member of the North Atlantic Alliance.
