President Begaj meets with a group of older persons in Togëz village, Librazhd
The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Bajram Begaj, on the International Day of Older Persons, visited the village of Togëz in Librazhd, where he met with some older residents of this village.
During the meeting, President Begaj stated that:
“I seize the opportunity to express the necessity of increased attention towards the older persons, not only by the institutions, but by anyone who can stay close to them, who can communicate with them, listen to them, or give them a hand to lean on.”
President Begaj appealed for more love and attention towards them: “After serving their family, society, and country with dedication, the older persons deserve to receive in return gratitude, respect, and above all, all the necessary services to have a high-quality living.”
