President Begaj meets with Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani
During his visit to Calabria, the President of Albania, Mr. Bajram Begaj, met with Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani.
In the meeting, President Begaj reiterated that Italy remains an irreplaceable strategic partner for our country, based on the outstanding history of friendship and our political, economic, and socio-cultural relations.
The President thanked the Italian Deputy Prime Minister for Italy’s support for EU enlargement in the Balkans and confirmed Albania’s unwavering commitment to European Union integration.
President Begaj assured Deputy Prime Minister Tajani of Albania’s determination to further deepen and enrich cooperation in international organizations and on significant regional and global issues.
