President Begaj meets with the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi
During his stay in Prishtina, the President of the Republic, H.E. Bajram Begaj, held special meetings with Albanian and international leaders attending the forum on “Women, Peace, and Security”.
Today, President Begaj met with the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi. They discussed developments in North Macedonia, the role of the Albanian factor, deepening bilateral cooperation, and collaboration within international organizations and projects of mutual interest.
President Begaj considered the Albanian factor in North Macedonia as a “state-forming element, continuing to play a significant role in maintaining stability in North Macedonia, which not only has given and continues to give a vital contribution to the governance of the country but has also played a decisive role in Euro-Atlantic processes.”
The President expressed his hope that the technical government, led by the Albanian Prime Minister, Talat Xhaferi, successfully completes its mandate, demonstrating leadership in respect of the citizens of North Macedonia, the sustainability, and development of free and democratic elections there.
