President Begaj Expresses Condolences for the Tragedy in North Macedonia
The President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has expressed his condolences for the severe tragedy that occurred in the city of Koçani, North Macedonia, where a fire in a nightclub resulted in the death of about 50 people and injured many others.
“Deeply shocked by the tragic fire in a Koçan nightclub, North Macedonia, resulting in young lives lost and many injured.
My heartfelt condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and to all the people of North Macedonia.” declared President Begaj.
He added that his prayers and those of the Albanian people are with the injured, wishing them a swift recovery and hoping that the pain will not deepen further in the city of Koçani.
