President Begaj meets with the Commander of the New Jersey National Guard, Major General Lisa Hou
The President of the Republic, Mr. Bajram Begaj, today welcomed the Commander of the New Jersey National Guard, Major General Lisa Hou, for a meeting. The Head of State appreciated the partnership between the Albanian Armed Forces and the New Jersey National Guard, which has intensified over the years. For more than two decades, the New Jersey National Guard has contributed to the education, training, and modernization of the AAF.
President Begaj highlighted that strengthening cooperation and concretizing projects in military education, cybersecurity, and enhancing the capabilities of the Armed Forces are essential in the current geostrategic conditions. In conclusion, President Begaj and Major General Hou expressed their belief that this cooperation will reach higher levels in the future.
