President Bajram Begaj today shared his respect and sorrow on X platform regarding the passing of American diplomat Frank G. Wisner. Wisner served for eight years as the Special Representative of President George W. Bush in negotiations over Kosova, which led to its independence.
“I learned with sorrow on the passing away of Frank G. Wisner, a distinguished U.S. diplomat and a friend of Albanians, playing an important role for the independence of Kosova.
