President Begaj Participates in the “Generation after Generation of Myzeqe” Event in Zharrëz Village
President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Bajram Begaj, accepted an invitation from the Municipality of Patos and participated yesterday in the “Generation after Generation of Myzeqe” event held in Zharrëz village.
The President was welcomed by local authorities and residents gathered to celebrate the National Day of Cultural Heritage. He discussed with them the importance of promoting Myzeqe traditions and values to make the area more beloved to its inhabitants and more attractive to tourists.
President Begaj also visited the fair’s booths, where agricultural products, handicrafts, ethnographic items, and the area’s traditional cuisine were displayed.
He particularly commended the teachers and students from local schools for their wonderful work in fostering love and pride for their roots.
