President Begaj’s message at the first iftar of the holy month of Ramadan, hosted by the Muslim Community of Albania
It was a great pleasure for me to join the first iftar table of the holy month of Ramadan. This month is an opportunity for Albanians Muslims to get closer to God through fasting and good deeds.
I would like to wish an easy and acceptable fasting to all believers. Ramadan is the month of peace, divine mercy and human solidarity. It is the month of kindness, where the best human qualities such as dedication, tolerance, patience and love for God and each other, are highlighted.
