President Begaj attends the ceremonies organized for the 145th anniversary of the Albanian League of Prizren

The President of the Republic, H.E.Mr. Bajram Begaj, attended today the ceremonies organized in Kosovo, on the occasion of the 145th anniversary of the Albanian League of Prizren, along with the President of the Republic of Kosovo, H.E.Mrs. Vjosa Osmani, the Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, as well as those who came from all Albanian territories. President Begaj appreciated the Albanian League of Prizren as the culminating moment of awareness and coordinated political, diplomatic, and military action of the Albanian elite of the time. In the messages given at these ceremonies, President Begaj appreciated the importance that the League of Prizren had for national awareness and the unification of Albanians. The development and empowerment of the Albanian people in all its territories and integration into the big Euro-Atlantic family is a mission for which all Albanians must work together. From the ancestors and patriots in centuries, the Albanians today have inherited the language, culture, old friendships, and strategic partners on whom they can and should rely on.
