Enzo Shijaku was born in Tirana, in 1972. Graduated in 1999 in General Linguistics at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Helsinki. Mr. Shijaku holds the title of Master in Philosophy. 

Earlier, Enzo worked in Helsinki, Finland in several translation companies and then as an entrepreneur in the field of consulting and translations.

In 2013, he returned to Albania, where he began working as an adviser to the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs until 2019. He worked as speechwriter for the Minister, was heavily involved in communication and public relations strategies, responsible for public and digital diplomacy, as well as an active participant in various digitization projects.

Mr. Shijaku also worked as an adviser to the Minister in the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, where he mainly covered public relations and communication, and later as a spokesman for the Minister of Culture, and at the Media and Information Agency.

From October 2023, Enzo became member of the cabinet of the President of the Republic in the role of adviser. He is responsible for speechwriting and other aspects of communication strategy.

Mr. Shijaku knows several foreign languages well, such as Finnish, English, Italian and has basic knowledge of Spanish and French.

Enzo is married to Mrs Fjorda.
