PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE OATH CEREMONY OF MR. ILIR TOSKA AS JUDGE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
At the Institution of the President of the Republic, it was registered with no. 3270 prot., dated 13.9.2022, decision no. 3, dated 12.9.2022 of the Supreme Court, through which the Special Meeting of Supreme Court Judges decided Mr. Ilir Toska to be elected a member of the Constitutional Court.
The President of the Republic, H.E.Mr. Bajram Begaj, based on Article 129 of the Constitution and Article 8 of Law no. 8577/2000, “On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, after it was recognized with the decision followed by letter no. 4496/1 prot., dated 13.9.2022, of the Vice President of the Supreme Court, decided:
Mr. Ilir Toska, member of the Constitutional Court, elected to this position by the Supreme Court, with decision no. 3, dated 12.9.2022, to take the oath before the President of the Republic, on Monday, September 26th, 2022, at 10:00 hrs.
The swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Institution of the President of the Republic, “Skënderbej” hall, address “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard, no. 1, Tirana.
