He was appointed as the General Lawyer of the Albanian Public Radio- Television – a task that he carried out during 1994-1995 years. In 1994 he attended the 78th Session of the European Broadcasting Union Legal Commission which was held in Geneva, in Switzerland. From 1996 until 1999 he served as a judge at the Tirana First District Court.
In 1995-1996 and 1996-1997 he served an assistant pedagogue teaching The obligations’ right course at the Tirana University Justice Faculty. In 2000 he was part of the OSCE work group entrusted to draft the Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania.
In 2001 he earned the Attorney’s title and was elected as a member of the National Lawyers’ Chamber General Council.
In 2001 he was a member of the group entrusted to improve the legislation regarding the public and private judicial bailiff service, working under the guidance of EURALIUS project. In 2012 he worked as a member of the Disciplinary Commission of Private Judicial Bailiffs until he was appointed to the post of Legal Advisor to the President of Republic.
