Ledio Nuraj – Protocol Advisor

He was born on August 12th, 1978 in Vlora. Graduated from Ali Demi High School in his native city in 1997 then completed his undergraduate studies at Tiran University receiving a Law Degree from the Justice Faculty.

Mr. Nuraj attended in 2001 the training course Globalization and International Law in Helsinki, in Finland. Then in 2003 he completed the training program on the Public Administration Reform and Managing Capacities. In 2004 he completed the development program on the Introduction with the Public Administration and in 2006 and another training program on the Functional review and Public Administration Reform in Albania held and organized by the ENNA Training Institute in Paris, France.

Ledio Nuraj completed the graduate studies at the Albanian Diplomatic Academy where he received a degree on International Relations and Diplomacy.

In 2008 he graduated from the United States Georgetown University in Executive Management. In 2011 he earned a Level II Scientific Master in the Constitutional and Administrative Right.

Mr. Nuraj counts upon a long working experience serving as Public Administration advisor to the Minister of Interior from 2007 until 2009; as Advisor to the Minister of Justice from 2010 until 2011; as Director of Management, Development and Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior from 2011 until 2012. At the present he was appointed as Protocol Advisor to the President of the Republic.
