Mimoza Koçiu - Spokeswoman of the President
Mrs. Koçiu was born on December 17th, 1970 in Scutari. From 1989 until 1993 she studied and majored in French Language and Literature from the Faculty of History-Philology of Tirana University. Initially she worked as teacher of French Language at the Pogradec Gymnasium during 1994-98. Then Mrs. Koçiu served as Director of Public Relations at the Pogradeci City Hall during 1998-2000. She was also member of the Municipal Council of Pogradec during 2000-2003. At the mean time she worked as journalist and moderator at the local televisions of Pogradec from 1998 until 2005. During the period of 2004 until 2007 she worked as political journalist on the ground at the Klan National Television. Mrs. Koçiu has mastered three foreign languages.
