Artur Metani - Legal Adviser
 Mr. Metani was born on January 29, 1974. He graduated in 1996 from the Faculty of Justice of Tirana University.
Then in July 1997 he graduated from the Central Europe University at the Legal Studies Department earning a Master (LL.M.) on the Comparative Constitutional Right in Budapest, Hungary.
In May of 1998 Mr. Metani earned another Master (LL.M.) from the Faculty of Justice of the Utah University in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States on the Environment Right.
He worked at the United States Treasure Department, World Bank, from September 1995 until December 1995 as Legal Assistant and Translator in a World Bank and United States Treasure Department project in Tirana.
He worked in the Parsons, Behle & Latimer legal firm in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States from 1997 to 1998.
Mr. Metani has also worked for the Organizing Committee of the Winter Olympic Games 2002 – Salt Lake City in Utah, United States during 1997-98.
From 1999 until 2002 he worked at the Open Society Foundation for Albania (Soros) as Coordinator of the Justice Program.
Mr. Metani from November 1998 up to the present is also a Lecturer Assistant Pedagogue in the Tirana University by lecturing the subject of Constitutional Right at the Faculty of Justice.
He serves as the Legal Adviser at the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Albania since April of 2000.
Mr. Metani is a connoisseur of three foreign languages.
