Introduced the project “The integration of 6000 retired militaries in the Market Economy”, included in the Stability Pact agenda. (Brussels, Zagreb und Bucharest).

Has published many written works, articles and studies in the Albanian and Foreign press on the issues of military art, defense and regional security policy, as well about events in Kosovo.
